Coming home from hospital in the next day or two?
Send us a note with the discharge date and the surface the care team has recommended. What can arrive in time depends on stock, the freight lane and the hour you call, so the earlier the better.

Tell us the frame and the weight
The bed frame the surface has to fit, the patient weight and the delivery address. Those three decide which configuration is appropriate and whether it can reach you.

We confirm configuration and terms
We match a configuration rated for the patient, confirm rental or purchase terms, and give a realistic freight window for that address rather than a national average.

Freight delivery and white-glove setup
The system is delivered, placed on the frame, brought up to pressure and checked. Caregivers are shown the controls, the alarms and what happens in a power failure.

Extend, change or collect
Needs change. Extend month to month, move to a different width or configuration, or tell us when you are ready and we collect it for cleaning and inspection.
For OTs, PTs and discharge planners
Send the recommendation once and we handle the rest: stock confirmation, the call to the family, delivery before discharge and setup to your notes. We let you know when the equipment is in.
